Designing your jewelry alone isn't enough. No matter how beautiful and unique it is, no one will come to buy it if they don't know about it. So part of your job description as a jewelry designer is to be a promoter as well.

You recently purchased a half-page advertisement in a regional magazine. In addition to photographs of two of your favorite designs, you will include a paragraph about your work.

Give your design company a name and include some of the following ideas:

  • What makes your jewelry unique
  • What materials you use
  • Your price range
  • Your typical customer and what they say about your work
  • Your philosophy toward jewelry and its importance
